Clear rules, no surprises
Who can rent, how deposits work, and what to expect before you pick up your car.

Who can rent
- ✓ Minimum age: 21.
- ✓ No credit check and no background check. Bring the right documents and you're ready to go.
- ✓ Las Vegas residents: a valid driver's license and a recent utility bill or pay stub showing your address.
- ✓ Visitors from out of town: a valid driver's license and your return flight itinerary.
- ✓ International visitors: an international driving permit with your home-country license, plus your return flight itinerary.
Payment and deposit
- ✓ We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards. Zelle is accepted for deposits. Prepaid cards are not accepted for deposits.
- ✓ Refundable deposit: $300 on every rental, the same whether you pay with cash, debit or credit (example amount).
- ✓ Your deposit is returned once the car is checked in and inspected, usually within 24 hours.
- ✓ Cash and Zelle deposits are sent back the same way. Card deposits are released to your card, and your bank may take a few business days to show it.
- ✓ The deposit is a refundable security deposit that is released at return.
Insurance
- ✓ Coverage options will be explained at booking.
Cleaning and smoking
- ✓ No smoking or vaping in any Reekona vehicle.
- ✓ Smoking and cleaning fees are listed in the rental agreement.
Cancellations
- ✓ Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup (example).
- ✓ Later cancellations may forfeit one day's rate (example).
Late returns
- ✓ There is a 59-minute grace period (example).
- ✓ After that, an extra hour is charged, up to one full day's rate.
- ✓ Please text us if you are running late.
Travel area
- ✓ You can drive in Nevada, Arizona and California.
- ✓ Leaving those states without approval makes you responsible for any breakdown or accident, and can lead to the car being recovered and the deposit being kept.
Mileage
- ✓ 150 miles per day included, then $0.25 per mile (example).
- ✓ Unlimited miles are available as an add-on (example: $100 per rental).
Fuel
- ✓ Return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup.
- ✓ Otherwise a refueling charge applies (example: pump price plus a $15 service fee).
